While the interior was charming and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, I did encounter some issues with the room and a noisy situation that interrupted my sleep. Overall, the hotel's amenities and service were commendable, but a few hiccups impacted the experience.

I had a good two-day stay at the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Monorail and major attractions like the Twin Towers. While the rooms are a bit dated, they were clean and comfortable, which added to my overall enjoyment. However, I did find the breakfast area sometimes too crowded at peak times, which made finding a table a little challenging.
